This system included: Access Control Installation of hardware: We installed a 142-zone access control system, including a 350 gray enclosure, a 50 VA transformer, a DMP Access Control Module, a Keyfob Metal Rim Key Tag, an Altronix Power Supply/Charger Kit, and necessary cabling. Door hardware installation: We installed electric crash bars and connected them to the system. Programming and activation: We programmed the system and activated it for use. CCTV System Network infrastructure: We installed an Axis 8port Network POE Switch to support the network cameras. NVR and storage: We installed a 32-channel NVR with a 20TB HDD for video recording and playback. Finally, we installed a piezo sensor to improve the system's sensitivity and detection capabilities.

To address the customer's needs, we provided a range of solutions tailored to enhance fire safety within Electric Regatta LLC's commercial space. This included the installation of a 60-point addressable fire panel, a Dact for PFC-6000/P Series for communication, and a Verizon LTE cellular communicator for reliable communication pathways. Additionally, we installed dual-action addressable pull stations, ceiling horn strobes, and addressable smoke detectors for prompt alerting in case of fire emergencies. Our services also encompassed planning and permitting assistance to ensure compliance with regulations, as well as comprehensive inspection services to verify the functionality and compliance of the fire alarm system. Furthermore, we provided the necessary cabling, including 16/2 red solid plenum fire alarm cable and 18/2C FPLP SOL red shielded cable, along with various accessories to support the installation and operation of the system.
